Government Polytechnic Mankenda, Agra has been Established in the year 2013 affiliated by “Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh” (BTE UP), Lucknow and approved by “ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION, NEW DELHI” (AICTE, New Delhi). The institute campus is spread in 5 acre area.

The institute has achieved a good rank among the Government Polytechnics of Uttar Pradesh very soon and maintained a high quality standard of technical education.

NOTE: * 10% Of Sanctioned Intake Seats are open for LATERAL ENTRY (DIRECT SECOND YEAR STUDENTS) in all the three branches

If the state Govt./UT/DTE/DME has a reservation policy for admission in technical education institute and the same is applicable to the private and self financing technical institutions then state Govt./UT/DTE/DME shall ensure that 10% of reservation for EWS should be operational from the academic 2019-20 without affecting the percentage reservation of SC/ST/OBC/GEN. However this would not be applicable in case of minority institutions refers to the clause (1) of article 30 of Indian constitution.

All the laboratories and workshops are equipped with latest technological instruments and equipments.
